Chi Self Massage

Everyone enjoys a massage and everyone can massage. Self massage is a delightful way to get to know yourself better and to spend some time caring and nurturing your own body and energy. Every day our body puts up with numerous stresses and strains as it carries us along life’s journey, working hard to support all of our wants and desires and at what cost?

Self massage at its simplest is a way to give a little back. It is after all the worlds oldest form of healing and a natural instinct in most people. Over thousands of years Chinese sages have been using, exploring and passing on the most effective techniques in this form of self healing.
